1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using Geo Graph API's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

   If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

   These terms govern your use of all features, functionalities, and services provided by Geo Graph API, including but not limited to mapping APIs, geocoding services, and routing functionalities.

2. Use of Services

   You may use Geo Graph API's services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

   You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of our services or infringes upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms.

   Geo Graph API reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without liability to you or any third party. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

   In order to access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account with Geo Graph API. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

   You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Intellectual Property

   All content and materials provided by Geo Graph API, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Geo Graph API or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

   You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content or materials provided by Geo Graph API without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

   Geo Graph API grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your personal or internal business purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly authorized by these terms.

5. User Content

   Geo Graph API may allow you to submit, upload, or transmit content, including but not limited to data, text, images, and other materials, to our services. By submitting user content to Geo Graph API, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services.

   You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your user content. However, by submitting user content to Geo Graph API, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the foregoing license to us and that your user content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

   Geo Graph API reserves the right to remove or refuse to display any user content that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate your access to our services if you repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geo Graph API and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

   In no event shall Geo Graph API's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

   Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Geo Graph API's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geo Graph API and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

   We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

   This indemnification provision shall survive any termination or expiration of these terms or your access to our services.
